Shipping Policy

Most orders received before NOON CST will ship the same day. Generally orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 days) after the order has been placed. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship next business day.

To find out how much it will cost to ship your item, add the items to your shopping cart and then select the My Shopping Cart menu tab located on top right-hand side of the site. Enter the zip code and the country and the shipping calculator will display the available shipping methods and rates for the items in your shopping cart. We ship every weekday, except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. You will receive an email notifying you when your order was shipped.

Domestic Orders and International Shipping Policies

- Domestic and International orders are sent through FedEx or U.S. Postal Service.

- Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Supplements/Vitamins - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

- Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, or by Money Order drawn on funds from a US Bank.

- Please note that in our efforts to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we require customers with orders flagged by Authorize.net to undergo a verification process. If the order is flagged, we will require the customer to email us the authorization code for this transaction before we will process and ship the order. This authorization code can easily be obtained by calling your card issuing bank or by logging into your online banking, and the authorization code will be listed under the details of this transaction. NOTE: THE AUTHORIZATION CODE IS NOT THE CCV NUMBER.

- We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason, ship only to the billing address, or require signature for delivery.

- All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.

- No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened or unopened merchandise.

- Shipping charges are not refunded.

- Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment. Maxbodysupplements is not responsible for any typographical errors on this site and reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.

- Packages that are returned because of a failed delivery attempt will be charged a $10 penalty in addition to the shipping charges and restocking fees. Items that are shipped to the wrong address (when it is the customer's fault) will also be charged a $10 penalty.

- Please be advised that the transit times are only estimates given to us by the carrier. Delays can occur due to bad weather or other factors. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the shipping company. MaxbodySupplements is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Return Policy

- All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product

- No unauthorized returns

- No returns on opened or used or unused merchandise. Dissatisfaction with performance, taste or quality must be addressed by the manufacturer. We only accept returns for incorrectly shipped items. If items are damaged we will contact the shipper who will perform an investigation. If they deem the damages to be to shipper error, we will give you an instore credit or refund your credit card for the price of the item that was damaged.

- Shipping charges ARE NOT refunded

- Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or products are reshipped to you.

- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except for damaged goods) for domestic shipments and 25% restocking fee for international shipments. Shipping charges are not refunded.

- No returns for ephedra or prohormone products. No returns on closeout, clearance, or discounted items.

Return Merchandise Authorization procedure:

Before returning a product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an e-mail to returns@maxbodysupplements.com and provide the following information:

- Your order number
- Your name
- The product(s) being returned
- Reason(s) for return
- Daytime phone number
- Your e-mail address

We will immediately issue you an RMA number. You must write this RMA number on your invoice and include it in your return package. All shipments returned without a valid RMA number will be refused. Returned product must be in original packing material and be delivered to our offices within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue the original purchaser a refund for the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges and a restocking fee, within 10 days of our receipt of goods.
