Order Options

We accept payment using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier's Check, Money Orders, and personal checks. We will wait until your check clears before shipping out the products you have ordered. MaxbodySupplements' website uses a secure server with SSL (secure sockets layer) for all payment processing. All payment and customer information is encrypted to ensure customer privacy. Customers must submit the correct billing address for their credit card when ordering items on the website. Orders will not be fulfilled if the billing address does not match the one on file at the credit card's bank.

Do not consider placing fraudulent orders. We check every credit card for validity for all domestic and international orders. Your IP address is recorded when you submit your order and we will notify the FBI or your country's authorities if any fraudulent orders or malicious activities are detected. If you want you can send a cashier's check or money order in US dollars drawn on a US BANK to us along with your address and what products you would like. We will ship the order out to you once we have received payment.

For international orders, please identify any import restrictions that you may have in your respective countries before ordering. Certain countries may require you to obtain an import license on items such as nutritional supplements. Please be aware that certain products may be prohibited or illegal in your country. We suggest that you check with customs before ordering any product that may not be allowed. MaxBody Supplements will not reimburse for items seized by customs. MaxBody Supplements is not responsible for any any additional custom duties or taxes that may be applied when a package arrives at the destination country.

We are not responsible for typographical errors and all prices are subject to change. Weekly and monthly specials are limited to quantity on hand.

Backorders:

We stock almost all the items we carry in our warehouse. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of cancelling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or substituting for another product or flavor. In order to complete orders, we may substitute similar items for the item ordered. For example, we may replace 2 Optimum Tribulus 625mg 50 caps for 1 Optimum Tribulus 625mg 100 caps or vice versa. Due to shipping costs, we do not break up your order into partial shipments. Please note no returns on ephedra product sales. No sales of ephedra products to California.

Insurance/Claims:

Fedex Ground and Express shipments will be covered up to $100 of the package amount ONLY. United States Postal Shipping methods are not covered unless insurance coverage is chosen. If additional insurance coverage is preferred, please select the shipping method along with the appropriate insurance coverage. Credits will only be given after the insurance company (United Parcel Insurance Corporation) has APPROVED your claim. If a claim has been denied we will not be able to issue a credit. Reversing credit card or Paypal charges before a claim has been processed or if a claim has been denied is NOT acceptable. We will look upon this action as theft and proceed by any means necessary to recover the funds in question.Please see chargebacks for more information. Military Addresses (APO/FPO) - Your package is ONLY insured to your military post office address in the United States. MaxBody Supplements is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. In the unlikely event a package is lost and an insurance claim needs to be filed, it cannot be filed until 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Per USPS rules, claims can take up to 5 weeks to process.
