Directions:
For Awesome workouts, mix 1-2 scoops of Methyldrene EPH 25 in water and consume 30 minutes pre training on an empty stomach. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Discontinue use after 8 weeks for at least 1 week. Do not use this product within 6 hours of bedtime and never consume more than 3 scoops in 24 hours.
