Directions

Only one daily dose needed before exercise. Take 1-serving (2.5ml) 20 minutes prior to exercise to assess tolerance. If well tolerated take 2-servings (5ml) 20 minutes prior to exercise. Take serving orally hold in mouth for 30 seconds then swallow and drink at least 8 oz of water. Allow 6-8 hours between dosages.
