Old school bodybuilders grew up on milk protein and egg white protein. For them, we have Milk & Egg, an ideal combination of milk protein (casein & lactalbumin) and egg protein (albumin). Research has shown that the specific blend of proteins found in this protein supplement can help promote significant muscle growth when combined with anaerobic resistance training. As a great-tasting shake, Milk and Egg Protein contains only slow-acting proteins and is formulated to be easily digestible and readily utilized by your body. To optimize your muscle gains and to prevent muscle catabolism, it is highly recommended to take in protein every three hours.
