Directions
On workout days, take two scoops of Armageddon dissolved in 16-20 oz of water 30-60 minutes before training. Depending on your body weight and individual metabolism, using a little more (~ 3 scoops) or less (~ 1 scoop) may be required. For mind-blowing results, add several sets of high-repetition isolation exercises for the specific body part you are training that day. Examples include leg extensions, lat pull downs, dumbbell curls, pec fly, side laterals, and triceps pushdown.

Warnings
Recommended Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 10-12 oz. (per scoop) of cold water 30-60 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). Continuous water consumption throughout the day is recommended.
